This March, I had the amazing opportunity to take photos at a Holi celebration at Southfork Ranch in DFW. Before this, I’d never photographed an event, but the sheer excitement and joy in the atmosphere quelled my nerves – the people were so enthusiastic to get photos taken and it was a wonderful setting to witness the way Indian holidays bring people from all walks of life together. I had a blast taking photos of the event, and of course, didn’t escape without some color myself!
